What we offer as a conference centre
A get-a-way from the office enabling your small group the opportunity to
focus on its meeting instead of the usual interruptions. We are 25 minutes
from Cobourg, 45 minutes from Peterborough, 45 minutes from Oshawa, 1 hour from
Bellville, 1 1/2 hours from Toronto, 1 1/2 hours from Kingston, 3 hours from
Ottawa, and 4 hours from Montreal.
An enjoyable place - scenic, country and lake living, fresh air, and a
healthy lifestyle all year around. The property features 95 acres of
grassy meadows, rolling hills, and cedar forests, with 1200 feet of lake front
shoreline for your outdoor pleasure. The lodge, open all year, is a large,
vintage, rock home on a hilltop overlooking the famous Rice Lake. Guest
areas include 5 bedrooms, 4 of them with en suites (private baths), 4
fireplaces, a large 600 sq. ft. meeting room, and dining, den, and piano rooms.
Activity options can be built into your plan on or off of the property.
A conference or meeting room - 600 sq. ft that will seat up to 24 people
at tables and 35 people theatre style. When weather permits, tables
outdoors will seat 80.
Delicious meals - for indoor or outdoor dining, cooked here at Clearstone
or catered to your needs.
Quaint and attractive accommodations for overnight stay. Capacities are
as follows: private rooms for group sizes up to 9 people (5 people Dec -
Apr), double occupancy for 18
people (10 people Dec - Apr), 2 - 6 per room up to 27 people (17 people Dec -
Apr).
Special arrangements may be possible for groups up to 40 if required.

Meeting package - 3 hour package includes meeting room and
refreshments.
Breakfast package - 3 hour package includes meeting room and full breakfast.
Lunch package - 3 hour package includes meeting room and lunch.
Dinner package - 4 hour package includes meeting room and dinner.
Day package - 9-5 Day package includes meeting room, 2 breaks, lunch and
continental breakfast (optional).
Overnight package - Overnight package includes dinner, meeting room, bedroom
accommodations, breakfast, 2 breaks, and lunch.
5-9 people each in
private rooms, 10-18 people each in double rooms, additional people added to the rooms
add $15 each.
Two day - one night package includes 1 dinner, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 3
breaks, meeting room, and bedroom accommodations.
Additional nights package - Multiply overnight package by number of days,
add Day rate also for morning arrivals.

multiply the last column by the number of people and add the meeting room.
For meal adjustments, add or subtract meal price from last column before
multiplying by number of people.

The Clearstone Lodge Breakfast includes choices of eggs, bacon, toast,
sausage, waffles, pancakes, assorted cereals, fruit, orange juice, coffee, and
tea. The price is included with overnight room or $7.95 + GST & PST per
person if separate.
Catered Lunch and Dinner choices are by menu number choice for the group.
